If you re read this greg you will see that I stated you/Seb were the ones that sorted me out, which as a fellow trader who has spent a lot of $$ on RPS, i would have hoped. My gripe is as said, RPS's customer service, not yours, don't forget i've a few emails from them regarding this matter. It's RPS's attitude i've "moaned" about their products and your service, as always for the past 4 years has been great, so please don't mis understand what am saying here. If you can tell me how a diaphram spring can have a clean break like that during fitting, I'll rest my case. It was a faulty part BEFORE fitting, in fact 3 mechanics reckon it is possibly a returned warranty part judging by it's overall appearance ( almost second hand like). I now fully inspect each clutch when it arrives so as to avoid this problem for any of my customers and myself. Hope you can understand, what a piece of paper says and what should be done due to a customer non blame situation, is 2 different things. many thanks smithy
